You are running your own business and you need to purchase tyres. You need a partner who will supply quality, ensure on time delivery and handle every aspect of the service. What you don’t need is a company that makes excuses and leaves you guessing.

 

Step 1 – Contact us

Contact Tireworld. Simply fill in the contact form on this site or call us to begin a profitable business relationship. We will do the rest.

Step 2 - Meeting

We will meet with you to determine your needs. You will tell us exactly what you require and we will bring our experience and knowledge to make sure that we will deliver.

Step 3 – Quote

We will quote you on your requirements within 48 hours of your request. Our quotes include all costs associated with the smooth delivery of your order. There are no hidden charges or extras. If we don’t hear from you, we will follow up.

Step 4 – Credit Check

We will establish your credit rating to ensure that we are both comfortable with our working relationship before signing off on orders and agreeing to payment terms.

Step 5 – Payment

Payment will happen as per the terms and conditions we have agreed to, as follows:
Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account prior to despatch or irrevocable & confirmed letter of credit payable at sight.

Step 6 – Logistics

Once the order is placed, we begin the process of getting your goods to you as quickly as possible. The 100% correct export and customs documentation is couriered to our warehouse ready to leave with the shipment. We will let you know when the goods will arrive at our warehouse, when they leave South Africa and when they are due to arrive at your premises.

Step 7 – Transit

Your goods are now in transit. Our systems ensure that we are in touch with all transporters 24 hours a day. We will provide you with regular updates on your shipment so that you know exactly where it is. You will be able to confidently inform your customers of delivery dates.

Step 8 – Receipt of Goods

Your tyres arrive safely and on time. You are able to satisfy your customers and ensure repeat business. At every stage in the process you have been kept informed of progress. .

Step 9 – Repeat

Your customers are happy – you have a reputation for reliability and service. You receive more orders. We look forward to developing our business relationship further.
